Our final dementia-friendly film screening comes to The Quay Theatre in May

Mon 10 April 2017

After a successful pilot of dementia-friendly film screenings generously funded by Suffolk Community Foundation, Mid-Suffolk and Babergh District Councils took up the charge in the second half of 2016 and we ran two more screenings at The Quay Theatre in Sudbury and Hartismere Care Home in Eye. For our final screening, we're heading back to The Quay for the stunning musical High Society, starring Bing Crosby, Grace Kelly and Frank Sinatra, with a musical score by Cole Porter.

Monday 22nd May

Film starts 11am

This screening is open to all but particularly accessible for those who may be living with memory loss or dementia, their carers and families.  Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance by calling The Quay Theatre Box Office on 01787 374745. Wheelchair spaces are available but must be booked.

Community transport is available through GoStart  - 01787 242 116 - and is also free, kindly funded by Suffolk Community Foundation
