By being part of Suffolk Cinema Network you are also part of the BFI's Film Audience Network (FAN). BFI have been in touch about their Neighbourhood Cinema scheme. You can create a free profile on their site, upload your screenings and they'll link automatically to the Press Association database that populates the What's On national and regional listings.
There is also info about applying to their equipment fund or the equipment sharing scheme with other local cinema groups.
If you find you have a profile up there already, that may be because you are part of SCN. Let me know if so and I can give you access to take control of the profile.
