There are three portable cinema kits in Suffolk that are available for community use (note that the venues may charge for kit use):

You need to have a Screening Licence if you want to screen a film in public - even if you aren't charging a ticket price or are doing a children's screening.
You can book the Screening Licence through organsiations such as:
Independent Cinema Office
British Film Institute (for archive, British, classic or specialist
You may also need a Premises Licence (from your local authority) and The Music Licence from PPL PRS Ltd, to cover the soundtrack. These are both annual licenses held by your venue - check if your venue already has them.
